Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines the general approach to refunds and cancellations. Specific terms may vary based on the individual agreement signed with the client.

2. Custom Software Development Services

2.1. Before Project Commencement
Once an agreement has been signed, payments made are generally non-refundable due to resource allocation and project initiation commitments.

2.2. During Project Execution
If a project is terminated during development:

• A partial refund may be considered
• Refunds will be subject to deduction of all costs, work completed, and resources allocated
• In some cases, additional payments may be required if completed work exceeds payments received

2.3. After Delivery / UAT
No refunds will be issued after delivery has been completed or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) has been signed off, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

3. SaaS Products

3.1. Subscription Terms
SaaS services are provided under contractual agreements that define billing cycles, minimum terms, and cancellation conditions.

3.2. Cancellation

• Clients may cancel SaaS services in accordance with the terms defined in their agreement
• A minimum notice period of 30 days typically applies unless otherwise specified

3.3. Refunds

• Refunds for unused service periods may be considered where cancellation is made in accordance with the agreed contractual terms
• No refunds will be provided for periods outside the agreed cancellation terms

3.4. Early Termination
If a client terminates the agreement outside the permitted cancellation terms, they may remain liable for fees until the end of the agreed contract period.

• All refund decisions are made at the discretion of LAYOUTindex UK Ltd, in accordance with contractual obligations
• Any exceptions must be agreed in writing
